Review Your Medicare Enrollment Options

Are you in the market for affordable Medicare options? We serve eligible Medicare beneficiaries in Washington, Oregon and Idaho.

To initiate a preliminary call use the "Contact Me" tile. Once you supply your contact information including e-mail address, we will provide you with a "Scope of Appointment" form to electronically sign (SOA form). A meeting can be scheduled at just 48 hours or more from the time the SOA form is signed.

The enrollment review meeting will review your options, so that any decision you make reflects how the desired plan will fit your individual needs and preferences. Once you decide on a plan of action, the information is again supplied to you electronically for review and electronic signature. Any meetings occurring telephonically are recorded, and any information supplied to you electronically is retained.

Should you prefer an in-person meeting, we can accommodate, still adhering to the 48-hour time from when you sign the Scope of Appointment (SOA) form.

Some beneficiaries may find Original Medicare, paired with a Pharmacy Plan (Part D) and Medicare Supplement works well; others may choose a Medicare Advantage Plan featuring additional features such as Dental, Vision and Hearing for example.

Note that all Medicare related discussions will focus exclusively on Medicare related items identified in the Scope of Appointment (SOA) form.
